Realistically speaking, this image is eerie.  When I did this pencil drawing, I had it set in my mind that it should have a “withdrawn” feel to it in a place that could seem friendly under normal circumstances.  A lot of people are characteristically composed in this manner and I wanted to see if could find a way to express that.  For the most part, I think I did.
